Posted at 6:12 PM 259 notes Reblogged from pricklylegs Tags: Reblogging because it's MASH and it's SO QUALITY I'M DROWNING IN MY OWN TEARS but this joke is not something I appreciate I get it and it's clever that way But sexist because it is implying that it would be an insult to call a man a woman of course it's the same the other way around it's not a nice thing to say to say that a woman is a man but since we have this history of a society filled with sexism I do not appreciate this joke And at times like this I do almost want to punch Hawkeye in the face Though I must say for a show that ran in the 70's MASH was very much before its time when it came to feminism and gay rights and everything but there are still a few of these jokes okay I'll stop ranting now but again just APPRECIATE HOW QUALITY THIS GIF SET IS OMG
